Professional Liability

NutriExpert Switzerland provides dietary advice based on the Swiss Food Composition Database and current nutraciology standards. We do not provide medical diagnoses. Our liability is limited to the professional execution of nutritional analysis and lifestyle recommendations. Clients with pre-existing clinical conditions must maintain the supervision of their primary physician.

Booking & Refunds

Cancellations for booked consultations via booking.php must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a processing fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Refund processing depends on the payment gateway but is typically finalized within 5-7 business days.

Information Accuracy

All dietary recommendations are formulated based on the biological and lifestyle questionnaire completed during intake. Users are responsible for providing truthful and complete information regarding allergies, medications, and health history. Incomplete data may compromise the efficacy of the consultation.

Digital Conduct

The use of scraping, automated data extraction, or unauthorized reproduction of content from nutriexpert.ch is strictly prohibited. All textual property and proprietary protocols remain under the intellectual ownership of NutriExpert Switzerland.
